A loudspeaker is suspended from each hub and used to broadcast masking, paging and/or music. The LA-1 model is flexible and used throughout most LogiSon Acoustic Network installations.
The full-range driver provides output exceeding the typical masking spectrum of 100 to 5,000 Hz, including the lower frequencies that are most needed for comfort.
A custom clip allows the length of chain to be adjusted without tools. You can also replace the chain with an attractive braided steel cable. Slack cable retracts into the enclosure, ensuring tidy installation.
The LA-1 model is available in white or charcoal grey.
About loudspeaker installation
LogiSon Acoustic Network loudspeakers are typically installed facing upward, above the ceiling tiles. The indirect transmission of the masking sound results in broad, uniform coverage.
When the LA-1 loudspeaker is installed in gypsum or another type of hard ceiling, we use a ceiling mount adapter.
Wall-mounted and under-floor models are useful in situations where it is impossible to access the ceiling or suspend anything in it.
